Foreclosure.com has a picture of my residence indicating it is in Preforeclosure. This can not be further from the truth, my residence is Mortgage free, and there are no leins on the property. I have contacted them repeatedly to remove the picture of my residence, but they refuse. The response I received was that there are eight houses in the picture, which again is totally false. My residence is the only house shown with the entire property. The listing is of course an enticement to sign up for their service, but the damage the photo has done to my reputation will never be repaired. The listing is on the second page of the search by area code 07067. The preforclosure listing is for Lk Ave and if you place the cursor over the Icon on the map of Lake Ave it shows my residence and no other home. The argument I get from their Customer Service is that they cannot remove the picture, I know they can, they posted it in the first place. I wish I could attach a picture, but then I would have to sign up for their fraudulant service. I am actively trying to sell this property and this false advertisement is making that impossible. Thank You, Robert Bruder
