I was looking for a Foreo Luna (facial product) online around Thanksgiving time because of the good sales. The product retials for $200.00 and I wanted to find it cheaper since my boyfriend offered to get it for me as an early Christmas gift. I received the product and gave it to my boyfriend to wrap so he could put it under the tree. Jump ahead a month to Christmas and I opened it…the product looked used and dirty, there were stains on the carrying bag that cam with the device, and it did NOT work! I emailed repeatedly to the “customer service” email address provided. After at least 3-4 attempts I finally got a response…this is it below, copied from the email sent to me. 18643 Mescalero st, rowland heights, CA, 91748 TEL: 9099690813 Clear return to this address, it will receive a full refund. Still nothing. I know they received the item on January 10, 15 because I tracked the return. Now, once again no one is responding to me. When I attempted to call today an answering machine picked up, not one word of English, just some sort of Oriental language I could not understand.
