Hi I went to rent an apt from this people she showed me pictures in the computer and told me the people living they’re would be living in a few days and she could not physically showed me but the pictures were nice told me she could hold with a 300 dollar deposit non refundable if it was near of me such as I did not wanted unless it was because if them so I gave the 300 she was sugar to call the fallowing when u did not heart from here I called and left messages. She called me midday to go see so I did the place was not ready yet she told me were could go signed the lease that the apt would be ready in the after noon on the same day so u went with here to sign lease mean while my husband’s stayed back at the apt the maintenance guys told my Jinan he would not have that over ready for at lease a week there we’d no running water no toilets he said were would not be able to use the bathroom or move in never mind to say the place was not anything lure the one she showed me on the computer at all it was dirty disgusting ugly way small don’t the law in Florida have any regulation on how many people per room it is dangerous. She did not want to return my deposit with the excuse that it was non refundable even do or was here responsibility the place was not finished cleaned or the apt she showed it in the computer am a bother if five children she stoled money not from me but from my kids, .
