Am very very much disappointed and deeply hurt about the service they gave me at foschini mokopane on saturday 24 august 2019. On the 13th of august 2019 my husband bought me a new phone huawei p30 lite a double duo sim for the price of r5999.99 and before the phone was bought he did ask if its a duo sim or not and the cashier confirmed that the phone was a duo sim. From the same day he bought me a phone I was only using one sim card as the other sim was a micro sim and had to do a swim swap for a nano sim. I did the sim swap on the 24th of august 2019 only to find out that the phone could not read the other sim card but it is a duo phone even the manual book proves it. Then sunday the 25th of august me and my husband decided to go back to the store and explain our problem to them. Nobody decided to listen to us as we were told that there is nothing they can do, if a phone is out of the store then its not their fault or responsibility if it not working. We were told by the lady without a name badge saying that she is the manager of the store. Her attitude towards us was very rude and badly as she did not even wanna hear what we were trying to say to her. I mean like as a manager of the store she could have at least try to listen to what we were trying to say than to tell us that its non of her business if the phone is out of the store it is not her responsibility to look after it. And the phone was not broken the problem is the sim card slot it is not working according to the way it should. It is a duo sim but can only detect one sim card. As a customer the store failed to assist us and also failed to comply by the consumer rights. The store manager does not have a good communication towards customers. And as for me I will never ever purchase at the store anymore and I will also make sure that we close our account with them they have a bad customer service. How can she refuse to take or book my phone for a repair? After our argument with her the was one guy also without a name badge hes the one who took the phone a check it where he confirmed that its a factory fault and he will take the phone and book it for a repair. I was happy by the way he approached us that was an excellent customer service. As for me I will be happy if my phone gets repaired or if they can give me a new phone that works properly. I will be happy if my complain will be taken highly serious and get a feed back that will make me happy and not to regret going to that shop anymore.
