Hi I would like to complain about FotoProfessional in Amsterdam. They tried to rip me off by selling me a camera complete with its lens. Asked me to come back in 15 mins and then tried to add the cost of the lens on for 199 Euro”s and said it wasn”t included in the price. I was unhappy, so stated that I wish to terminate the sale. They wouldn”t and after threatening to report the transaction as fraud on my card. He then had a “word with his boss” and then included the lens. While I was in the shop, there was a Chinese Tourist, struggling with his english and he needed a charger for his camera battery. He brings out a cheap charger and states its 49 Euro”s, the guy could see he was trying to rip him off, but after a “Word with his boss” it was then only 10 Euro”s and proceeded with the hard sell. The guys left empty handed. In fact the word with his boss is standard patter to everything, the other is tax free and finally a special price to you. They included a 150 Euro accessories pack in my deal, which included a screen protector (kitchen cling film), Camera Case (an old case that was in the back of the shop), SD Card (the only decent thing) and a 2 year warranty (I am not confident in this). Anyway, there you go, my visit to Amsterdam tarnished in an hour by three ##### who are hell bent on ripping people off. I don”t particularly get involved in complaining, but after dealing with these three, I felt it was my duty. Many Thanks Colin
