I placed an order for a camera bag on 10/5/14. After several weeks of not receiving any tracking info or communiction, I emailed them to inquire on 10/30/14. I waited for a response and nothing so I emailed again on 11/12/14. Still no response so I tried the phone number on the website on 11/19/14. Phone just rings, no voicemail or ansering service. I tried the number again on 10/21/14 same result. I have emailed and called numerous times over the last 7 weeks since placing my order and have received no response. This item was supposed to be a gift for which that birthday has come and gone. At this point I just want my money refunded since the customer service is so poor, I have no interest in doing business with them. .
