From the time AT&t became Frontier I lost all services. Phone calls went straight to sales automated services. I never spoke to the right department and was disconnected after hours on the phone.I finaly sent an e-mail to cancell, they are still billing me and I have no idea what to do with their useless equipment. I have moved from that address 2 months ago!
