I too ordered from Antenna Ball Store on 11Oct and received a confirmation, however as of today, I have not received my order. Probably is a scam site, and people should know NOT to order there! This was a birthday gift for my daughter that she will not get because of poor business practices. There is no phone number to contact the “manager”, only an email request that I do not believe will ever be answered even though I found addresses and sent three emails today.
