I have ordered a sofa from FurnitureVillage three months ago and the one I received was incorrect color. I contacted FurnitureVillage customer service and they said that they’ll get me another one and promised that within few days someone will come and pick up the wrong one. No one arrived. These three months I’ve been trying to contact these guys but they did not reply. Recently I received a message stating that they are in the process of resolving my issue and they need some extra time. I asked them about a refund and they did not reply. These guys gave me nothing but headache and I’m already tired of it. All I want is my money back!
