This is an organization with a poor reputation, Myself and many other have went to the “FREE” class and have wasted our “money” on out of date and irrelevant information. I am currently a Regional Property Manager with over 10years of experience, I took this class to see what new information is being offered that could be used. I can attest that this class is a complete waste of time and money. There is also no way to combine Residential, Commercial, or Multi-Family in 1 course all there industry and completely different. Take the advice of a Professional and do not attend this course in this “unsafe location” from people trying to get over on other people. Also when searching for the name of the company GA Premiere Leasing it comes up as not a real business and their website is not official. This company claims to offer the following Secure a Growing Career in the Residential, Commercial, or Multi-Family Apartment Industry Paying Over $50,000+ Per Year ( FALSE )
