We have been living in filth in this community for months since Greystar took over management. Invesco owns the property and the residents have reached out multiple times to them to let them know of the issues. No response. Greystar as a management company charges residents for services they do not receive (we have been charged for trash services that are not performed, net metering on our water and they refuse to provide the break down as requested and required by law, pest services and there is dog feces on the floors in the common areas, roaches roaming the premises, broken glass outside all over the common areas). This place is terrible now, and they had the audacity to up everyone’s rent renewal lol I would rather be homeless.
