I have made an order on GamesRocket and paid for the product. Everything seemed fine but later they contacted me and said that they were not able to verify my purchase without my ID. They said that they need a photo of my ID and the number of my credit card. I refused and asked why do they need all that information and they said that they could not tell me. Where’s the logic? They were not able to explain the reason! I refused and asked for a refund and they said that they don’t do refunds!! These people are scammers! They tried to get my personal information and then they refused to give my money back! Avoid GamesRocket at all costs! Seems like a scam.
