1. I spent a lot of money for the game to purchase multiple items, total value is about $293 ($29.99 + $2.99 + $49.99 + $99.99 + $9.99 + $99.99). 2. On 02/08, I spent the last $99.99 for a package, but the game was frozen, and I had to terminate the game. When I reopened the game, the item was not there, and I contacted customer support. 1 day later, I reopened the game, the item already appeared (which was good). However, a few hours later, when I opened the game, my account was banned. 3. I spent a lot of money (you could check the itunes receipts) for the game, and now I could not use my account any more. Contacted customer support, but it was useless. 4. This game does not have trade functionality, so I did not transfer my items to anyone. If you locked my account, you should have refunded my money .
