Do not order a cent’s worth of anything from this company. I ordered a jacket that was extremely well-advertised around the internet on 9/24. having not heard or received anything besides an order receipt by 10/15, I reached out to the company to see where the heck my order was, especially as I paid for expedited shipping. I received a reply stating that the jacket I had ordered – shockingly – was out of stock, but it would be shipped within 7-10 business days. So let’s break this down: surprise – the jacket had seen advertised on seemingly every site I visited. not much intelligence into that project. however, I wanted the jacket – it was attractive and cheap – so I waited, but not without demanding the $17 I paid for expedited shipping be returned. gamiss refused, blaming the inability to refund my shipping costs on the shipping company, whom they had already paid. well, here’s the deal: I paid gamiss, then they choose to allocate the funds. if you can’t refund the shipping costs, refund part of my order. the contract that was agreed upon when I paid gamiss for expedited shipping was not met, yet I have to eat those costs, even though nothing I did resulted in this shipping delay. A few emails were exchanged discussing how crappy gamiss’ customer support was (they don’t give a crap), and I was “gifted” with a 10% off coupon code (I don’t ever want to interact with this company again). that’s not customer service, that’s passing the buck. the damn website has 10% – 90% coupon codes all over it every day. I wanted the damn jacket and a refund on the expedited shipping I paid for, but to no avail. So today, 5 and 1/2 weeks since the initial purchase – expedited shipping, remember? – I receive another email stating that my order is being canceled, but I will receive credit to gamiss’ website and 10% off my next purchase. I want nothing to do with this horrendously bad company any further. I want my money back or the jacket I previously paid for and to never have to deal with this organization ever again. worst customer service I have ever experienced. coming from a business owner myself, they couldn’t have done anything more wrong. gamiss is the equifax of online shipping, except not as useful or widespread. Don’t spend a dime with this company. they’ll screw you however they can and frustrate the heck out of you along the way. they have no idea what they’re doing – the jacket I purchased is still being sold online, but apparently they’re out of stock and won’t ship it until 2025. gamiss is a joke.

Do they actually have anything in stock? The information that their website shows is fake. If you see products in stock, it doesn”t mean they are really in stock. It is possible that after ordering you will discover that you ordered non-existent items. They shipped only 2 items out of 5. For this reason – they weren”t in stock, even though I was charged for 5 items. Oh well. I received a terrible crap that hardly can be called clothes. Something cheap, smaller size and looks like a piece of crap. That”s what I paid for? Shame on you. I sent everything back and asked for a refund. They said they didn”t receive my package and rejected my demand. Very nice. That”s my story about me being robbed. Never order from this website. Absolutely obvious they are scammers.

GAMISS – The information on how to make a return is apparently a deeply guarded secret. It’s not posted on the website – it’s not enclosed with the order and all of the on line/web site customer service is geared for pre-sale. Once you have made a purchase good luck. Terrible experience. Do not use this service unless you want to get stuck with things that don’t fit. It’s online shopping and sizing will vary – so duh, I wanted to make returns and they made it impossible by not providing the information. I kept getting emails with links to instructions that I could not open – it was a joke and I tried everything – iChat, facebook messages and phoning customer service – all attempts were met with more emails with more links that I couldn’t open. I asked repeatedly for them to please just send instructions in the body of an email – stopped hearing from them all together. Oh yeah, and there is a 30 day window to make returns so I think this is all by design.

I ordered 3 hoodies (faded colours not like on the site at all, lots of photoshop)for my sons, even measured my sons with a measuring tape according to the size chart, and these sizes are 2 extra sizes too small, That means 3 hoodies I ordered plus a size medium shirt for me that is like XS plus a huge price for shipping and now my sons can’t even wear them because this site is dishonest and advertises false sizes (incorrect chart size info at the expense of the customer)! I ordered an item to be delivered by Christmas. That was over 15 days ago and I am in California. I tried to call Gamiss. Automated message said that they are not accepting calls. I tried Chat feature. No matter what time of day you try this, they say it is after hours and to write a ticket. I wrote a ticket. A few minutes later I received an AUTOMATED response from Gamiss which did not tell me where my package is. I wrote another one and received the same automated response. I made the mistake of ordering 2 items from this sham of a “company” when they advertised on Instagram. I am being laid off from my job and now I have spent money on items that not only will not be here by Christmas, but may never arrive at all according to many of the online complaints. I am shocked that they can even get to place ads on Instagram and I will be contacting them and the BBB.

I placed an order for a shirt and they debited my account twice. I immediately called and cancelled my order demanding a refund. The call was simple and I should have known better. They advised it was cancelled and payment was reversed. It”s now been 6 days and 5 phone calls later. PayPal doesn”t have my money and Gamiss states they never took it. I now have no shirt and a double debit from my account which I cannot get back. I”ve saved my voicemails as proof they denied having my money and every time I call back my call is immediately dropped now. PayPal won”t do anything and neither will gamiss. I received a jacket that was not in good shape (the lining was coming loose, and hanging out of the sleeves) and was too small. I wanted to return it, but the sign-in did not recognize my e-mail or password (they don”t say which one they don”t recognize). when I tried to reset the password the website couldn”t do it. So I tried calling, but the phone machine just refers me back to the website!! Not helpful! Not to mention that nothing worked for more than 2 weeks during the Chinese New Year celebration! I saved emails and when I tried to pull up the ticket that had return information, it requested that I sign in, which I did, and got a message “use a correct email. After retrying several times I tried to submit a new ticket, and I got email not found, ticket not found messages.
