When purchasing the Natural Garcina 10:30 pm I noticed after putting my information into the one screen that Natural Cleanse Detox popped up, but I did not fill in those fields. I declined the offer. My gut feeling when I saw this screen, I felt something was not right. At 10:34 p.m. I called (877) 409-4136 to cancel and the recording stated to cancel automatic billing and the subscription press 1. I pressed 1 and thereafter received a confirmation email just for the Garcina and not for the Cleanse Detox. When I reviewed my bank account, I noticed (5) pending charges from this company. Of course, I called the number and they claim the product already shipped out. I stated I did not want the product and I did not authorize you to hit my account. I spoke to a Customer Rep named Vanessa. Since I was not getting through to her, I asked to speak with a Supervisor. She went off the phone for a few minutes then returned stating that someone would have to call me. I thought that was strange, but gave my number. When Corey called me back from a florida number at (850) 583-5418, he says this is Corey returning your call. He did not say the company name so AGAIN I felt how unprofessional these people are. This is business has bad practices that must be reported right away. I noticed that the fine print is what everyone needs to read and I am certain that this company would not have as many people purchasing their product if customers were aware of the actual cost up front. Their advertisements are misleading and a fraud. I hope this report is helpful to those people before they purchase this product and find charges within their bank accounts that they did not authorize.
