This company has a protected email and an out of order phone number. If you want to cancel the subscription you can not get a hold of them. The only email address I found was a reply to the welcome email they sent me. I used that to cancel my subscription and then they didn’t reply and attempted to charge my credit card. I was finally able to get a phone number from my credit card company and when I got a hold of the company they refused to retract the charge and did not give me the required return products by mail info stating that I am responsible to pay as they never received my cancellation email in the days allotted. I informed them that I did cancel on time and that I had so much difficulty with getting a hold of them. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one! And the product didn’t even work! It was a total waste of my time.
