I placed an order with this “company” on 4-30-15 and was e-mailed an acknowledgement immediately. On 5-4-15 they charged my credit card and sent me an e-mail stating that the order was shipping. On 5-15-15 i was curious as to the status and clicked on the link in the e-mail and was greeted by a note stating that “all shipping had been stopped until the 2016 spring season”. I called the customer service number, sat on hold for 30 minutes and then was told to leave a message and someone would call back the same day. No one did. I called again on 5-18-15 and the same thing happened. On 5-19-15 i wans’t even able to hold, they immediately wanted me to leave a message. So i called about 10 times in a row, trying differnet menu options and extensions and someone called me back, from a blocked number mind you! i was told that their supplier in tennessee was behind and that the order would ship in approx. 2 weeks. I very nicely said i wanted to cancel the order and for them reverse my card charge, they stated they could/would not as the order had been processed.
