GDS promised to have my garage doors and openers here saturday. They knew I choose them because they could come the soonest. Friday night they called and did not pick up the doors so now they could not do the service. The service man was smart and when the doors came monday he realized they were the wrong color. Matt on the phone said they only came in two colors (wrong), The service man came again the next day and again the color was not correct. I started all over again reordering doors as I came to realize that I was not getting the liftmaster opener we talked about on the phone and the insulation would not be enough. Now a week was wasted. I ordered the new doors through Arron whom was very short with me and needed finish the order right now or “forget the deal”. Come to find out when the garage doors were suppose to be coming three weeks later that he never ordered the doors. He called and said they came in the wrong color but by now I had called the company 4 times and found out he never ordered them. Not only did he lie, he never appologized and said he was was the manager when I wanted to talk to someone above him. I of course canceled my order all together they lost $2300.00. by the way they go under GDS but then when I called Jimmys Garage door to skip the repair it was the same number. .
