Spouse passed away. I have personally received no less than 15 direct marketing attempts from Stanislav over the past 3 months. I have called and expressed I have no interest in selling my property and home. I was assured that I would be taken off of their mailing list. Yet I continue to receive direct marketing cash purchase mailing material. He called me out of the blue and was very shady in his attempt to make an offer. | He would not tell me who he was or why he was calling until I forced the issue. Stan has a podcast that explains his marketing technique. He goes to the probate court and gets a list of deceased people and mails direct marketing materials to their house every 5 to 10 days. Some of his material is made to look like it’s personalized with colored pens and the deceased person’s name. It is very obvious that he is looking to take advantage of the elderly.
