Police called them because I had a flat tire. The tow truck guy offered to take it to his shop so they can fix the tire. They towed my car for 2.5 miles. From my location. This place is a rip off. $149 tow $49 paper work $50 to take the car off the tow truck on their lot. Plus tax! I have a receipt, for proof. And they make you sign it otherwise they’ll add a storage fee. | They won’t return your car because they think if they make you sign the receipt you agreed to pay, But that’s not the case no one agrees to pay. They just want to get the hell out of there. I don’t know if the police department gets a cut out of it, Monroe police . If this company is cheating people why would they use them. Something is fishy for sure.
