When I started receiving products that I didn’t order, I quickly called the company. The representative did everything under the sun (except listen to my request to cancel the autoship) to keep the deliveries coming. They even offered a 50% discount but the problem is they send you more product whether you need it or not. And the worst part about cancelling the automship is that they charged me a cancellation fee. Well, if anyone is interested, you can get these same products – which actually work very well in all regards – from Amazon at 1/3 the price. The Skin Fresh MD sells for $32.15 (nstead of $69.16) and the AllureRX Eye treatment sells for $29.00 (instead of $97.67). The best way to get back at this company is to buy the products from Amazon!
