This site was ranked as one of the 5 top Facebook-likes services on a few ratings websites so, knowing that many Youtube sites, Facebook and Twitter and even advertising agencies use such services I thought I would check it out by purchasing their lowest service of 100 Facebook likes for a brand new pager I created. The site stated that their likes would be automatically catered to your demographics. Living in the USA I expected 100 likes that were from the USA. Instead what I recieved was 100 likes from non English speaking countries such as Russia. The likes were not only all written/titled in foreign script but if you clicked on a like you were taken to a facebook page which was basically an ad. The website says you need to pay through Paypal. This company knew exactlywhat they were doing. The general public believe Paypal to be an honest safe way to puchase items. Once I had purchases the item and found it to not be what was described on their website I went to Paypal to request a refund. The request went as suich: Buypremiumlikes responded by counter claiming that their service was everything it should be and that I was making a false claim in order to rip THEM off! The response from Paypal was: “The item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It’s ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.” They would not refund my cash. Buyers beware. Please DO NOT use this service. No doubt there are many others who this company has scammed. .
