On 6/4/2015 I ordered a nesco vacuum sealer exp ship date 6/8 also ordered a roll of sealer paper exp ship 6/5. The items were recieved 6/12 I was not happy with the sealer only worked intermittant I put the un opened roll put in with the sealer and packed in a larger box and returned to gettington. I recieved an email from Brittany 179312 saying they recieved the package and the credit would show up by the afternoon. The total credit was 49.04 the total I payed was 91.90. As I was dealing with this I ordered an A/C unit on 7/08 I added a note to the order not to ship it until the refund was resolved they shipped it the next morning. It shipped on 7/09 without paying attention to my request. Margo 179409 sent an email saying that the roll was not returned and that the return was not within 30 days I rec on 6/12 they credit half my money on 7/8 within the 30 days. I have all the emails which proves Customer Service is not real at Gettington. I have not recieved the A/C yet and will not accept it this company makes big money on junk and giving credit to people who might have cedit issues. They are what I call BOTTOM FEEDERS. .
