So much of anger is filled in my veins I don’t want to rest, until I see some actions been taken against scammers. I want to see all victims coming out and standing in unison against GID Group. I’ll introduce myself before it gets awkward. My name is Ryan and I was cheated of $14,000. I played an ignorant and they seized the opportunity like a boss. I curse the day when I got a call from Roger Wagner. The guy is full of shit, darkness and treachery. Everything he says turns out to be a lie.
These guys sell a bogus business proposal. “It’s the world’s first investment plan with no loss guarantee”, Roger said. I remember the exact words. We’re in happy mood as we’re busy planning for our daughter’s birthday. It was 16th June. The company pays 5% for 20 weeks, 10% for another 20 weeks. I made one of the dumbest decisions of life. I want to kill both Roger and Rodney for that. I wish they don’t live long enough to enjoy the pleasures of money they’ve taken away from us.
We received two payments from them. They punched us right in the face by breaking the news of closing the firm due to States Securities Board Investigation. I knew we’re in trouble. I tried contacting Rodney at (262) 534-9663. He was too busy and too dumb to answer any of the calls. I haven’t heard of him for ages. I took one more chance and mailed him a letter (2305 Oak Lane, 224, Grand Prairie, TX 75051). It proved to be another failed attempt. The idiots kept on ignoring us.
I was determined to chase them. I started gathering information. The following details are quite useful: GID Group is registered with the SIC (Code 7389), NAICS (Code 561449).
Another cheap trick I remember them using is religious reference points to lend credibility to discussion. That was gross. Had these guys got fear in their hearts, they should have stopped a long ago and returned our money and stopped cheating families?
I’ve spent weeks studying the case. You can contact Linda Holt to share valuable information or details to build a strong case against scam artists. She can be reached at 713-426-0336, [email protected]
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) got Federal court working against Roger and Rodney Wagner and GID Group, Inc. They’re required to pay $1.37 million to victim families and $1.05 million as civil monetary penalty.
All I can say is to spend some time doing research to find the right investment option. I didn’t follow the path and paid a heavy price. I’m doing everything to minimize the damage. I urge every single individual to share details with concerned authorities working on case to get our money back. We must remember that scammers carry no remorse in their hearts and we must do what’s expected of us.
