This was my review to them:
This was a nightmare from the beginning. I ordered this and paid a very high amount to have a delivered the Friday before Easter. My daughter is in college and this is her first Easter by herself and I wanted to surprise her. Then I get an email stating that what I ordered for her was not available and if I did not accept the suggested substitute, it would delay shipping. I immediately accepted it but did voice my displeasure and verification that I would be refunded the difference. Then I receive notification that the shipment would not get to her until the following week. I was also not very happy with that response. It was important that she receive it before Easter. No one was interested in exhibiting any type of customer service and trying to make this situation better. Giving me a few dollars off of the shipping, that did not make up for the aggravation and disappointment over the whole situation. Then, as I expressed my displeasure and how you had mishandled things, but stated that to go ahead and ship it because that was better than her not receiving anything at all, I get an email stating that the whole order is canceled. Seriously? There are a lot of broken pieces to this. Thank you, because now it is too late to get my daughter anything before Easter. Thank you for your lack of concern or empathy or willingness to honestly try to make this situation salvageable.
