I ordered a ring from Glencara on 11-16-2014 for a Christmas present, which I paid for at the time of purchase. I never received the ring. I tried to call the number they have listed for customer service. I called Ireland time, but every time you call it states that you must call Ireland time and you never get to talk to anyone. I have emailed their company several times. I have received a couple of replays from them, but they never address your problem. They did tell me one time they would remail the ring on December 8, 2014 if I signed something from the post office stating I did not receive the ring. I agreed, but never received it to sign. Then I emailed them again asking how they even stay in business, but I’m really not sure this business even exists. The last email I received said they were remailing the ring, but I Still have not received it. I really think the company is just taking your money and pretending to be a company. There probably is no customer service either. Just a recorded message.
