GCE is a virus that should be avoided by all. My transcript from Africa was sent to them, but to my surprise, I was later told that they can”t process my transcript because my university sent a certificate that belongs to another school from my school..i.e, just like alledging university of Texas for sending a transcript belonging to University of Maryland from university of Texas with the stamp and signature of university o Texas on it. My transcript has been evaluated earlier by another body before my intending college sent it to GCE. GCE has made me cry and made my dreams to be shattered due to their mismanagement. I personally regret using them .
