I had the same experience as Kelly with these people. They sent me an invoice for work not yet completed. When I got the invoice, I asked them what it was for, I got no response and then a charge of $300 appeared on my credit card. I again asked them for the work (a form for my web site) and got a link to a copy of the exact form that was already on my site. I decided I was done with these people (there were other smaller instances of frustration in the past) and moved my site to another host. They continued to charge my card. I have contacted my credit card company and put a block on their charges. Ryan and Barron are sales people and their retoric is amazing and so far detached from the truth.
