At first, I would like to say that I am extremely angry at them for excluding me from the chat, where I (in a polite manner) told them about my issue. It”s wasn”t reasonable and I don”t understand what”s the point of this? And the issue is simple. My work was a “copy and paste” product. You know, if I could afford to use this option for my papers, I wouldn”t contact you. They don”t want to hear the truth and to stand behind their products.
