I ordered a glow bowl and it came out of order in 2 weeks of using it. I called the customer service willing to replace it (I could afford it thanks to the warranty), but instead of a pleasant and fast conversation, I got a terrible trash. I talked to an impolite woman who ruined my great mood. I was so offended by the way she talked to me, felt like it was my fault that the item was broken. Oh it was so terrible. As far as I remember her name was Sarah. I think you have to look into the matter and teach this woman how to talk to customers. Her goal is not to make people’s lives better.
