This company is horrible! The recruiters are very unprofessional, they are young and immature, and Kelsey McClain who is their boss is the worst of them all. She’s a liar. One step into the office and you’ll realize that the owners only care about lining their pockets with cash. The place is a dump. All the other staffing agencies invest in their offices, well not this place. It’s a joke. I was more dressed up than anyone in the office. They rushed through the interview, didn’t ask questions pertinent to my job skills and experience. And Kelsey didn’t seem to care about learning about what I was looking for. Basically the position she presented to me (which I was not qualified for) was what she wanted me to take. Staffing agencies should be about people! But it’s clear they just want to place someone for the sake of getting the money from the client. I left multiple follow-up messages with the owners Scott and Stacey Crumrine (they have no voice-mail, you just have to talk to the main receptionist which makes you wonder what kind of antiquated phone they have). Kelsey who is the boss of the recruiters, and she’s probably like 24 years old, never followed up in a timely manner whether it was emails they promised to send or phone call follow ups. To top it off they walk around the corner and bad mouth other candidates based on what they are wearing or other definiing characteristics while the candidates are still sitting in the waiting room….hello…we can all still hear you! Very unprofessional company and a waste of my time and money. .
