I have not recieved my parcel. These items were purchased on 7th January. I did recieve an email on 14th January stating my parcel was on its way. I went to check where my order is by clicking on the ‘other tracking number’ and recieved a message stating:- Unfortunately, your parcel reference number does not match a parcel reference number created on our system. | Since the 14th January, i have not recieved any update emails regarding my parcel. I have sent a message on messenger and numerous emails, still no reply and the money has come out of my account. Disgusting!!!! There should be a system where the money should not come out of the customers’ account until the parcel/purchase is signed for, confirming its arrival. Innocent people are losing money. Karma will get you scammers!!!!!
