This site said they offer free shipping over $50. I was erroneously charged $9.95 for my order. When I contacted them to correct it they refused to refund it. My order was not even shipped and I asked to cancel and they would not cancel my order either and would only allow me to return the item once I received it at my cost while also deducting the “shipping” cost from the return that was not supposed to be charged in the first place. | If your site offers free shipping and you can’t actually ship the items for free you should determine another method to advertise. Trying to charge shipping when it says free shipping is just stealing from your customers.
