Good Sam Roadside Assistance

I just wanted you all to know that the protection plan offered by Good Sam and sold through Camping World was the absolute worst experience I’ve EVER had with this type of coverage. I enrolled in this plan after being with AAA for over twenty years. The people at Camping World assured me that it was equally as good and even better than AAA. NOTHING could be further from the truth! I had two occasions to try to ask for assistance from this plan and both were a miserable experience. I was treated rudely, it was a labor intensive process and both times ended with me paying the bill because the carrier found a way to slip through loopholes that the public is unaware exist. I asked for dis enrollment and a refund and was granted such. I just feel that this is an EXTREMELY deceptive program and will do my best to inform the public through negative reviews and reports via the Internet and word of mouth, at every opportunity afforded me! Good Sam should be ashamed to scam its customers with this plan. People buy these programs for peace of mind… This plan is deceptive and very unfriendly to the user. As a result I will never do business with Good Sam or Camping World in the future for any of my recreational needs! .
