Gordon’s jewelers My now fiance bought my engagement band at Gordon’s Jewelers for me . they didn’t inform him that if he was to size the ring down it would loosen the prongs and stones out of the ring . he had it sizer to my finger and on fourth of July we were engaged. in October of 2014 one of my stones was missing and we brought it back to Gordon’s be cause we have the lifetime protection plan. they replaced the stone and then I noticed that it was a yellowish color. they replaced it with a different color and clarity. last week not even 6 months later another stone fell out . they told me they didn’t know if they could fix it or not because they failed to sign off on my paperwork from the first time after they inspected it. I’ve tried to call district manager and also called corporate and they are refusing to give us our money back . also when we went into the store the sales Rep sent us to Zales to pick out something else . they would not even let us look in gordons . donot go here ripoff , scam, taken advantage of Nationwide .
