After being assured my company was guaranteed to be accepted by GSA, which it wasn’t, I had to call Government Contract Registry at least 20 or more times to get a manager on the phone to confirm that I was not qualified to get ba GSA awarded. Finally I got the “supposed owner” of the company, Mike Pirolo on the phone and he assured me as their contract binds them to do, that I’d be refunded in full. I just checked me CC statement again and still no chargeback in the works Government Contract Registry (web address; www.govbizone.com), because they will not return my initial payment even though they agreed to if for some reason my company didn’t qualify. Since I spoke to Mike Pirolo I’ve called at least another 10 times and left messages every time. Somehow he is always either out for a meeting, or in the middle of a conference call. I doubt I’ll ever see my money if I wait around for them to actually return it, so I guess I’m going to have to do what so many others have had to do and call my CC company and do a chargeback. I’ve been on all the sites like this and time and time again I’ve seen other companies like mine with the exact same complaint against Government Contract Registry ,govbizone.com and Mike Pirolo. How are they still in business?
