This company is a fraud. They steal your money. I got a voucher for a “free” vacation and decided to redeem it. I wanted to take my wife to Vegas for our 5 year anniversary. After following instructions, I was told the dates I wanted were not available. Since the dates were specific because of our anniversary I paid a $200 tax to make it happen.

2 weeks later I check my statement only to find out they charged me $350. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The representative told me after 45 mins on hold that the extra charge was because weekend rates were higher. First off this is a FREE VACATION, why am I even paying anything? Second of all if I agreed to pay a certain amount, that should be deducted from my account and NOTHING MORE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. After hours discussing this, I asked for a refund which she said would be deposited back in my account in 7-10 business days with a $100 dollar fee for cancellation.

At this point I was so irritated that I just accepted it. Its been 25 days and still no sign of a refund!! Grand Incentive is a FRAUD. My hard working money was STOLEN for a “FREE” vacation SCAM. BEWARE! Do not even claim this. It is complete bullshit.
