I am currently in what has turned into a lengthy dispute with this company and have complaints in progress through BBB and other state and county agencies of NC. | I erred in giving them a $1000.00 deposit up-front expecting to receive a contract and to be scheduled for work to begin on several projects in my home. | There was a delay in one item, but I made repeated requests for him to start work on the other jobs to be done. After 3-4 months delay and no work done I requested the deposit back and he refused.
