Great Lakes Service is the worst shop I have ever seen in my career. I was quoted one price, $345 to replace the oxygen sensor in my car and I gave the ok. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, the bill is $1,440. I told the receptionist no this is not agreed upon and she said Dino the owner has said that is the bill and it will not change. I asked to speak to Dino and he wont pick up. | I asked when he would be in the next day and I show up at the time and Dino lies to me and says they only quoted the $345 for the repair and the extra $1,000+ is the diagnostic charge to find out the oxygen sensor in my car is bad. I told him I already knew that and had told his mechanic that and Dino told me to f*** off and if I want to pay I can or he will keep my car and put a lien on it and sell it. | I read their reviews online now and I realize they do this to everyone. AVOID
