Moving to a different location is always a hassle for people. But under certain circumstances, it becomes your necessity. Different firms have stepped up to provide cargo services for your office or home stuff. Like all other markets, scams are in the cargo service providers too. These firms claim to be your best choice but in the actual scenario, they are the worst choice you can make. I have had a horrible experience too by choosing an ‘exceptional’ cargo service provider. Great Moving is a delivery firm that makes sure your stuff is delivered in a pathetic state to the right location. They are located in Brooklyn, New York. Their profile says that they will provide remarkable services with their excellent customer support and fast-moving vehicles. They aim to provide such services to move your stuff to a different residence or your office equipment to a different location. Recent reviews from customers and my personal experience have proven them wrong.
Well, my friend’s dad had to move the office location and I being the employee in the firm had to relocate my residence. I did not know anyone who could help me move my stuff so I chose the same cargo service that my boss chose for the office staff. Let me first tell you what the bastards at Great Moving did while moving the office equipment. The drivers arrived pretty late so he called the driver several times but there were just one or two responses. After arriving, their gesture showed unprofessionalism. When the issue was reported to Great Moving, the customer support executive took it very light and no action was taken against the driver. When the boxes were unpacked, most of the fragile stuff was broken. The customer support was contacted immediately but they did not bother about it and rather than apologizing, they blamed us for not taking care of our staff while packing.
Now I had my stuff moved the very same day and unfortunately, I had to face the exact same issues. I was unaware of the problems my colleagues faced as I was busy at my place. The driver was not on time and after arriving he took his time for relaxing and then loading my boxes. I was supposed to be at my new residence at 7pm but thanks to the Great Moving I reached there at midnight. When unpacked my stuff, a lot of pieces of fragile goods were broken too. I called the driver and complained so he started arguing. I immediately called the customer support, left a lot of emails and messages but there was no response.
Great Moving should take out some time and resolve these issues before they face any troubles. If these problems continue, they will no longer be the choice of anyone. It is shocking to see how you claim to provide excellent services but fail. Moreover, you do not accept your mistakes. The most reported issue is regarding the cleanliness of the vehicles. I too faced the same problem when I had my home relocated.
