I respect people who respect my needs first and who knows what is important to the people working here at Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA. The lack of quality and treatment was a shock to me.

The lack of expertise and poor communication skills made me feel less confident at Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA. I don’t think it is fair to recommend this company to anyone.

They tell you what you need to hear and not what want to hear. My treatment didn’t have a good effect. I had an oral and maxillofacial treatment that left with unbearable pain and I thought I made my bed and should lie in it. The problem came about when I needed an implant after the loss of my bad tooth. The many appointments I made did not go ahead as planned and the long wait for an appointment didn’t make my situation any simpler. Everything for me got difficult and more painful.

The discomfort in my gums turned out to be worse than I had expected. I couldn’t swallow properly and sleeping became an only option for me. As my tongue swelled more each day I couldn’t eat and swallow and that showed me the poor quality of surgery I had gone through with Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA.

An implant needs care and good treatment something I did not get from Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA. My gums and mouth worsened with pain each day. I believed their patient care is a top priority. I did not feel any good come out of this experience.

Implants infect the gums, and this is a bad experience I had that made me ever so sorry to make Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA a part of my life. I tried to brush my teeth and it caused more pain. Patient care is neglected, and the expense is high enough but not successful. My implant got infected with the lack of care from Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA. The way I felt didn’t matter. After the fit on I had to make many appointments to for adjustments. Critically I had to manage each day in the hope to get better from that pain. The wrong fit of the implant hurt my gums. I feel that no person should have this pain from any dentistry work. It is of great importance to feel less pain and discomfort after the surgery. I try to comply with the necessary treatments to feel normal again in this way it is most difficult to be painless. I expected to have the treatment as advertised. Patient care has ruined my gums for many months. I solely believe that Great Plains Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PA should not be recommended for their dentistry work. My experience disappointed me and is not what they seem from their testimonials.
