This is not a incorporated business. Everything about them is a lie. I am going back & forth to court for these fools. They even slashed my tire so I couldn’t make my court hearing. They took our large move in deposit and vanished! They don’t answer phone calls or call back. They do not answer emails either. But, when rent was due they deleted our pay portal and filed an eviction. And they changed their website address from www.rpm.com to www.peachtree.realpropertymgt.com Greg Allen and Alysia Hall are bad scam artist because they’re sloppy. I really did my research and its time to take them down!!! Some of the properties that they lease have ghost owners. These people have played with our lives and exposed themselves at the same time. They have threatened us and have been driving pass our house harrassing us. They refused to change our water heater for 5 in a half weeks. If we did not report them to the city for a code inspection they would not have changed it. We also had a bad leak that ran our water bill to $250.52 They ac unit is missing now! And they won’t stop bothering us. These nuts belong in jail!!! This so called company preys on the disabled and elderly. They thought that they could take advantage of my disabled husband who worked hard for his money. He almost died in Afghanistan and now have to deal with this??? We will see these criminals in court. Ya’ll watch out because they use known site for new rentals. They use Zillow the most! .
