Daniel J. Kortenhaus, Attorney At Law Defaults on $71,000+ School Loan, Rips-Off Taxpayers. ST. PETERSBURG, FL – UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PLAINTIFF, V. DANIEL J. KORTENHAUS, DEFENDANT. Set forth below in PDF are the Documents filed by the United States Attorney in the Federal District Court in Trenton, New Jersey against St. Petersburg, FL Attorney Daniel J. Kortenhaus. Aside from being a scum bag and incompetent Attorney trying to “stiff” the United States Government Taxpayers, St. Petersburg, FL Attorney Daniel J. Kortenhaus is also not a very financially successful Attorney, otherwise he would have easily paid-off the original $42,000+ Student Loan, especially after practicing law for 20-years in Florida (since 1994). $42,000 for a financially successful Attorney is a mere “spit in the ocean”… But now with interest for not paying-off the debt, Kortenhaus owes $71,000+… Moreover, it appears from the Documents from the New Jersey Federal District Court in Trenton that Kortenhaus never even made one payment to pay-off his Student Loan from the United States Government… So based on all of the above, being the scum bag, incompetent, and financially unsuccessful Attorney that he is, Kortenhaus filed a Motion to Dismiss the Government’s School Loan Default Claim against him in New Jersey only on a Technicality of “Lack of Personal Jurisdiction” because he lives in Florida and no longer resides and has not resided in New Jersey since 1994 even though that’s the Jurisdiction he resided when he took-out the Loan. Fortunately however, the United States Government can re-file its claim in the Federal District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. And this Blog will be sending copies of this story to the United States Attorney for the Tampa District, as well as to numerous News Media in Tampa Bay Florida to make sure the Government re-files its claim against Kortenhaus to bring relief to Taxpayers by Garnishing his income and other assets. A copy of this story will also be sent to the Florida Bar and the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court as it may be grounds for temporary or permanent Disbarment.
