Green Ride Inc.

I purchased a pre-owned 2004 Nissan 350 from Green Ride Inc. for 8,250.00. Prior to giving the dealership the check, I advised them that the car was loud and that I was advised my Midas Muffler Shop that the car did not have a muffler. The factory muffler had been removed and replaced with pipes to create a loud noise. A green ride representative advised me to take the car to a muffler shop in thier neighborhood for a second opinion. Again I was told that the car did not have a muffler. Green Ride agreed to pay for the cost to have a muffler put in the car. I gave the representative the bank check for 8,250.00. They kept the car for two days. I called to check on the repairs and was told that The dealership owner decided not to pay for the muffler and installation. The cost of the repairs was 250.00. She said that they would refund me my money of 8,250.00. I asked the representative to send me an email confirming the refund. I never received the email. I called later regarding the email, she said that she did not agree with the way that I was being treated and would talk to the manager again. Hours later I was told that they would not pay for the repair. It is not in my best interest to return the car because Im still responsible for interest and financing fees from the bank, but Im sure they knew that when she suggested returning payment as an option. I was lied to and decieved. .
