Got a tree 2016 and over a foot was broke off. Contacted them 4 – 5 times and never a response until this year 2017 when I posted it on Facebook. They contacted me and offered 20% off. The same thing that they are offering now to all customers. That’s not helping a customer. That is BS! I asked for 30% off The same discount they were offering a week ago and was told no! This company is terrible. I should be getting a free tree but i only asked for 30% off the sale they closed just 6 days ago. Do not use! I will be leaving this feedback all over. Stay away from this cartoon operation unless you want to get only half a tree and never have the issue resolved. They don’t deserve 1 star on reviews online and certainly do not understand or have the CHRISTmas spirit!
