Greenshield has not meet their end of the contract where it states: “100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” (If your bugs come back in between regular visits we will return and treat for free. After two free re-services for the same guaranteed pest problems, if we don’t have your pests under control then we will credit 100% of the last full payment.) The treatments have fail to meet the demands of the customer. The customer has call back six separate times to have this resolve and has receive treatments that still do not keep the pest under control. Greenshield has failed on their end of the contract. Greenshield has not return any of the phone calls left by the customer and has charge customers for services not meet. Greenshield has fail to meet schedule appointments even when customer has clearly reschedule them. Greenshield should call customer prior to arriving at customer’s house and should not charge for services not perform or conducted. Greenshield’s contract also states that “All payment are due within fifteen days of completed services.” If services have not been completed or meet then customer should not be charge for services not received or meet. Greenshield should refund the customer if such actions have been done or contact customer for another appointment especially when Greenshield has refuse to return customer calls. Greenshield has breech their end of their contract and shall do the following: Greenshield shall return customers calls and refund any charges to account until services has been meet.
