This gentleman chose to charge $40 labor per spotlight to attach 2 wires to each light and stick the light in dirt. The wires were already there. He then told me his price included the Permit. When I called him to let him know the Permit was approved and needed to be picked up for $66.00 he denied ever saying the Permit cost was included in his fee. He is not trustworthy. .
