Do not buy an H20 bolt or waste your time with their service. I’ve been on the phone all morning with their “customer service” and what I have to share with you is appalling. I’ve spoke with 3 people, 1 said my service was suspended due to excessive use but advised me they could turn it back on (service cut back off 5 mins later). The other 2 refused to help me at all, lied multiple times saying the supervisor was unavailable. One even flat out said the supervisor was on a 1 hour break! Really?! At this point I’m beyond frustrated and was bought to tears on the phone begging to get my service back on so that I could finish my paper in time for class. The kicker to my story is that last month my service was cut off to. The same reason was given for excessive use! I will be honest last month I was playing games online, downloading music and movies, watching Netflix non stop! Even had 2 smart phones hooked up to the service! But this month was completely different because I knew I needed my internet for class. Ive barely used this service at all! I’m so frustrated right now because I was lied to. H2O bolt couldn’t even tell me what excessive use is. They cut my service off because they wanted to. I will be reporting H20 bolt to the Better Business Bureau so if you have a similar story like mine email me. Again please for your own good do not use H20. .
