Hallmark has an online ecard service that allows you to send greeting cards via the intermet. About 3 years ago I paid for the service for 1 year, in 2011. It is not disclosed that this yearly charge will automaticly be charged on your credit card and that you must call or go online to cancel the service. In 2012 my credit card was charged the yearly fee. I went online to check and cancelled the service. I then called Hallmark and requested a refund and informed them that I had cancelled the service. In 2013 my credit card was charged again. I went online it showed the service was cancelled in 2012. I called an told them to credit my credit card and not to charge it again as the service had been cancelled. Well on January 30 2014 my credit card was charged again the yearly fee. I called and the charge was removed on February 19 2014. Ten in April another charge for the same fee was charged again. I called and requested the fee be removed. I received an email stating it would be removed an apolagizing for the mistake. Today is July 16 2014 the charge has not been removed. I guess I will have to cancel the credit card to stop the charges. Hallmark is a very dishonest company. I will never step foot in a Hallmark store ever again.
