I purchased a set of four Hankook tires in April. I choose this brand due to past experience and also, a rebate offer of $40 on a set of four tires. Bad choice. The quality of these tires has declined sharply since my previous purchase in 2001. I am still waiting for the promised $40. Despite repeated contact via email and phone, I have not received a dime of this money yet. The time limit quoted on the rebate form was 6-8 weeks. Each time I contact someone, the time limit for processing increases. I am currently being told 8 to 10 weeks. This is a BIG difference from the initially promised 6-8 weeks. I have tried to get someone to act on this but have been unable to do so. It seems since they already have my $390 for the tires, they are no longer interested in what I believe or think or feel about their company. Never again will I purchase this brand of tires due to the POOR customer service and decline in quality. .
